Looking for that durable, all-around adventure bike? We have a great variety of chromoly steel bicycles, check out some of our hottest sellers: Bianchi Volpe Disc
The Volpe has been around for years, but the newer Volpe disc has a few features that make it ideal for year round city riding. First, the disc version has a compact double crank instead of the Volpe's triple crank. This means less room for shifting problems to occur - for the commuter that doesn't tow 50+lbs the extra ring up front isn't needed. Second, the added Hayes CX disc brakes increases stopping power on those wet days. It's not just a city bike, the Volpe Disc will handle dirt and gravel riding with ease for your weekend adventures! Masi CX
Best bang for your buck! The Masi CX comes with reliable Shimano Sora shifting and mechanical disc brakes for better stopping power. Also equipped with fender and rack mounts this ride could be a great entry cross bike or a study & efficient commuter bike. Bianchi Vigorelli Apex
Steel has it's advantages, but what about the weight? The Vigorelli offers the smooth ride of a steel frame without the weight. At only 20.5lbs (55cm size), this bike weighs about the same as an aluminum frame road bike (compared to Medium Giant Defy 1). The carbon fork adds extra vibration dampening properties to the front end of the bike making this the fastest, smoothest riding steel bike we offer.
